What is Capitalization?
The authorized capital of the corporation determines the filing fee for the Articles of Incorporation. If the shares are without par value, the filing fee is calculated as if the par value is stated as $1. The minimum filing fee is $75 based on authorization capitalization of $75,000 or less.
