Our Resident Agent fee includes mail forwarding, the forwarding and notification of service of process, the use of our address as your Nevada Corporation for all public records, and our office and its address is your “door front presence” in Nevada. Many people feel that they do not need mail forwarding services, but in truth, shouldn't you have important corporation documents come to your Nevada address? Documents such as…IRS correspondence, bank accounts, Department of Taxation (Nevada and elsewhere)? We get you up and running with what you need!

Consider this...

• We do not depend on courier services for filings and retrievals. It is not uncommon for the valley between Reno and Carson City to be closed at times throughout the winter due to snow and high winds.
• No one is closer to the Secretary of State Commercial Filings Division than we are!
• Is the resident agent at a real physical address with a person to accept service of process as required by law? Or is it a mail-forwarding-only service whose employees do not even know what Service of Process is?
• Beware of additional fees lurking in small print, such as mail forwarding which we include.
